For Susan, no day is ever the same.

Change is what keeps her humming, motivated and replenishing her creative spirit.

After graduating from Kent State in 1985, Susan moved cross country and joined forces with Kathy Fort-Carty. The two began their ground breaking industry work in developing a premier DMC that would open up the Colorado experience to corporate visitors.

Susan’s impeccable eye for detail and logistics has been a vital part of DSC’s program development and execution in Mountain Region, Denver and Colorado Springs operations.

She brings creativity and superb management skills to every project. She oversees the vendor selection process, ensuring that each client receives the best possible price and that each vendor provides a high-quality of service. 

DSC is the preferred DMC to The BRO^ADMOOR. And as such, Susan manages every aspect of development, coordination and operation of programs in Colorado Springs office – handling over 130 accounts annually.

An active member of Association of Destination Management Executives (ADME), Susan has made her attendance at annual conferences a DSC priority.
