1.  SALES MANAGER - 3 OPENINGS:  
Locations:  Colorado Springs, Denver & Vail, Colorado

Do you have proven event sales experience with high end corporate groups?  Do you enjoy working in a mach speed environment?  We seek experienced candidates to grow DSC in the designated geographic regions.  The position will also focus on developing and securing preferred partnerships with hotels in the destination.

Responsible for:

• Consultative selling & client communication for high-end corporate groups
• Conducts site inspections, attends hotel meetings and industry networking in the area
• Solicit new prospects, qualifying clients, developing relationships
• Developing program itineraries & budgets, as well as securing client contracts
• Developing and strengthens key accounts and hotel relationships
• Participation in management meetings

Qualifications:

• 5 years minimum direct Event Sales Management, DMC experience preferred
• expertise in specific client markets
• ability to remain calm under pressure of deadlines, client and staff needs  
• event sales, lead development, selling strategy
• exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• demonstrated ability to meet sales goals & quotas, motivated by commissions
• proposal & client presentation experience
• ability to delegate tasks to support staff 
• strong Word, Excel, Outlook and database skills
• knowledge of budgets; project P/L, past accountability for revenue and profit
• capable of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
• able to drive throughout destination to meet with clients
• current Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record

2.  Staff Accountant Part time: 
Location:  Eagle Vail, Colorado

Do you enjoy working in a customer oriented environment?  We are seeking an experienced, career minded individual for an entry level part time (20 hrs/wkly) year round position to handle data entry; A/P; & bank deposits. 

Qualifications: 

• strong communication & organizational skills

• ability to analyze data and provide accurate analysis

• able to manage multiple projects & tasks,

• work independently while remaining a team player

• extreme attention to detail a necessity

• GL experience preferred

 3.  Account manager - 2 OPENINGS: 
Locations:  Colorado Springs & Vail, Colorado

Do you have proven event planning experience with high end corporate groups?  Do you enjoy working in a mach speed environment?  We are seeking an experienced individual to plan and operate events in the above mentioned location. 

Responsible for:

• Provides project management, consultative selling & client communication for high-end corporate groups. 

• Program development, planning, execution, client satisfaction, group billing and program profitability.

• Conducts site inspections, attends hotel meetings and industry networking in the area.

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years minimum hospitality or event planning experience preferring expertise in the local region.

• Organizational, creative and logistical skills, ability to work demanding schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure of deadlines, client and staff needs. 

• Knowledge of budgets; project P/L, past accountability for revenue and profit. 

• Capable of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Ability to delegate tasks to support staff.  Strong Word, Excel, Outlook and database skills.
