DSC works like clockwork to get your guests to their meetings, dinners and events on time. Our staff plans out the distances and double checks the times. And just in case, we make sure that drivers have accurate directions and alternate routes. We consider road closures, traffic patterns and specific challenges that each area presents.
Whether it’s managing multiple hotel pick-ups or coordinating with convention centers within a few blocks or driving guests to an off-site events 30 miles away, DSC sets it all up, stays on track and on time. In addition to transportation to and from events and activities, we coordinate city-wide shuttles to get guests to and from their meetings.
It takes a lot of discipline and details to move a group of 10 or 10,000. And as the numbers of individuals increase, the details all multiply. We look for creative solutions to handle any situation. We work with motor coach companies in and out of the state to do whatever it takes to make transportation needs happen. We’ve coordinated major road closures with police escorts to get guests to their events quickly.
We like being green and so do our clients. We adhere to strict vehicle idling ordinances, map out the fastest routes to save gas and use hybrids vehicles when we can.
We don’t want you or your guest to think about transportation. It should just happen, without mention.
