Friendly and outgoing, professional and highly-knowledgeable, DSC staff is always at the ready. Our professional staff is well-informed through endless training, experience and specific program briefings before an event even begins. They are onsite, anticipating the answer before a question is asked. They are the go-to people during your program and work hard to manage all the details and specific elements of your program along with your Account Manager.

For most programs, we even assign a lead program coordinator to operate the registration desk or manage the on-site details of specific services such as transportation, events and recreation.

DSC employs more than 150 program staff members throughout our many destinations, many who have been with DSC for more than 10 years. Working and living in the region, they are highly trained, experts who are capable empowered to make decisions on the spot. At any moment during a program, our staff is available to assist you with transportation, recreation, theme events and off-property event changes, as well as answering any questions that may arise.
